By Commissioning me, you agree with these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to decline any request.

Method: Payment is handled via PayPal for International or Bank Transfer/E-Wallet for Local (BNI, SeaBank, Bank Jago, ShopeePay, DANA, GoPay).

Don't make any payments before I approve this commission

System: Full payment is required upfront after the sketch is approved, or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch.

Commission will only proceed to the coloring stage once full payment is confirmed.

Minor revision: Up to 2 times for free.

Major revision: Up to 1 time during the sketch stage.

Once the rendering/glossy hair stage begins, only minor color adjustments are allowed.

Estimated Time: 5–7 days.

Guaranteed Delivery: Within 14 days.

Final files will be delivered via Google Drive link or Email to maintain high resolution (350 DPI).

Rush Fees: Apply for urgent deadlines (+50% to +100% of base price).

I will send you the artworks with and without background (PNG Transparent).

Personal Use: For icons, wallpaper, or private collection.

Commercial Use: Additional +50% fee (e.g., for VTubing, Merch, YouTube).

Copyright: I retain the rights to the artwork for my portfolio.

Watermark: You will receive the unwatermarked version, but my small signature/logo must remain visible or I must be credited.

Artist Ownership: I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, or art books.

Client License: By commissioning me, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., social media icons, personal prints).

Commercial Use: Any commercial use (merchandising, monetized streaming, or branding) requires an additional +50% fee and must be discussed beforehand.

Prohibitions: You may not claim the artwork as your own, edit/alter the drawing without permission, or use it for NFT, blockchain, or AI (Artificial Intelligence) training purposes.

Watermark & Credit: The final high-resolution file will be sent without the large watermark, but my small signature (Iphigenia) must not be removed. Credit is mandatory when sharing publicly (e.g., Artist: @nyx_ish67).

No refunds once the coloring stage has started.

50% refund is possible if cancelled during the sketch stage.

Full refund if I (the artist) cannot complete the commission.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

I will refuse requests that contain:

Content from my "DON'T" list.

Extremely complex designs that are beyond my current skill level.

Rude or disrespectful behavior from the client.

If a request is refused after payment is made (but before work begins), a full refund will be issued.
